Healthcare software with clinical seriousness.
Healthcare software carries a weight most software never feels: an ambiguous label or stale record has a human cost. We build for that weight - and we have a live diagnostics platform to show for it, not a slide about one.
What we build for healthcare
- Diagnostics platforms - test catalogues, transparent pricing, booking and reporting flows. Live example: Medico Diagnostics, publishing 3,291+ tests with 4–6 hour reporting.
- Patient-facing portals - appointment, records and results access designed for worried people on phones.
- Operations systems - lab workflows, sample tracking, referral management; the software behind the counter.
- AI with checkpoints - summarisation, triage and document extraction with human final say and audit trails, per our AI Transformation discipline.
The engineering posture
Healthcare work inherits our strictest defaults: the database schema treated as a promise to a patient, role-based access with audit logs on every privileged action, encryption in transit and at rest, and content precision reviewed like code. Compliance honesty is part of the posture: we build systems so that a future audit is a documentation exercise, and we state plainly which certifications we do and do not hold.
Common questions
Do you understand healthcare compliance?
We engineer for auditability from day one and are explicit about certifications we do not hold - before any contract, not after. See security practices.
